I could even not bring my Bismarck because i have researched range upgrade but not bought it as i find it useless. My suggestion would be to forbidqueue if you don't haveīut it would be a little too extreme, i know. It's not the tier, last season was tier 6 and i've seen the same pattern. Stock hull Chapayev doesn't have radar (i've seen also this). you make your (and others) ranked experience less fun and less engaging. If you bring a less performing ship (without camo, with stock hull, with a 4 point captain etc.) you are already behind at the start.
Problem is that ranked should be at least a bit "competitive". I've learned a lot in my first ranked season. I don't question the competence of a player while playing ranked, it's a good training place indeed.
